ASL Therapy Terms of Service

These Terms apply to the ASL Therapy public website, licensing inquiry process, and authorized practice workspace. They supplement the Auto Secure Login Master Terms. A signed customer agreement, business associate agreement, order form, or data-processing addendum controls if it conflicts with these public Terms.

Not medical care or an emergency service

Auto Secure Login provides software and is not a therapist, healthcare provider, emergency service, legal adviser, payer, or court. The software does not diagnose, prescribe, replace clinician judgment, guarantee reimbursement, or guarantee acceptance of a report by a court, probation department, regulator, or referral source. Call or text 988 in the United States for crisis support and call 911 for immediate danger.

Current pilot restriction

The current platform is a synthetic-data pilot. Users must not enter real client names, health information, clinical records, or other protected data unless Auto Secure Login has expressly activated the organization for live data under a written agreement after the required compliance review. The application may reject or lock data entry when that gate is not satisfied.

Accounts and authorized use

Users must access the service through their own approved Auto Secure Login identity, protect their authentication methods, and use only organizations and records they are authorized to access. Practice administrators are responsible for accurate role assignments, prompt access removal, workforce training, and appropriate client authorization.

Clinical and reporting responsibility

Clinicians and practices remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, necessity, retention, and lawful disclosure of clinical records. Screening scores require professional interpretation. SOMB, court, probation, and referral reports require authorized human review and recipient verification. The platform intentionally does not auto-deliver a report merely because a draft exists.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, exceed authorization, harass or discriminate, introduce malicious code, probe another tenant, circumvent security controls, impersonate another person, submit false professional credentials, scrape client data, or use automation to make unreviewed clinical, legal, eligibility, or reporting decisions.

Third-party services

Identity, hosting, email, SMS, payment, telehealth, directory, and other integrations may be subject to separate terms and availability. Integration display does not mean a service is activated, suitable for protected health information, or covered by a required agreement.

Availability, changes, and termination

Pilot functionality may change and may be suspended for safety, security, maintenance, misuse, legal requirements, or nonpayment. Data export, retention, support, uptime, pricing, and termination assistance will be specified in the applicable customer agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the public pilot is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular clinical or legal purpose, reimbursement, or regulatory acceptance. Contract-specific warranties, liability limits, indemnities, and service levels belong in the signed customer agreement and are not expanded by marketing content.

Messaging terms

Optional SMS messages are service-related. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Contact

Questions may be sent to contact@autosecurelogin.com. Do not send clinical information to this address.
