ASL Therapy Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Auto Secure Login handles information collected through the ASL Therapy public website and licensing pilot. The current pilot is limited to synthetic demonstration data and is not approved for real protected health information.

Public website and licensing inquiries

We collect the practice name, contact name, work email, optional phone number, consent choice, and business message you submit. Do not submit client names, diagnoses, treatment information, or other health information through the public form. We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate product fit, prevent abuse, and maintain an operational record.

Mobile and messaging information

Providing a phone number is optional. If you provide one, the separate SMS consent checkbox must be affirmatively selected before the form can be submitted. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent is sold, rented, shared, or otherwise provided to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process data only to deliver the requested communication or operate the service under applicable contractual restrictions.

Protected practice workspace

The workspace records sign-in identity, organization membership, role, security events, and synthetic workflow records. Practice records are separated by organization and access role. Selected fields are encrypted at rest, and audit events record operational actions without intentionally copying clinical narratives into the audit log.

Healthcare privacy status

The synthetic pilot is not a representation that ASL Therapy is HIPAA compliant or ready to receive protected health information. Before a practice may use live client data, the practice and Auto Secure Login must complete a documented readiness process, including applicable contracts, a security risk analysis, policies, workforce training, incident response, data-retention decisions, subprocessor review, and qualified legal or compliance review.

Retention, security, and rights

We retain public inquiries only as long as reasonably needed for the business purpose, legal obligations, security, and dispute resolution. No system can guarantee absolute security. You may ask us to review or delete a public licensing inquiry, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
