Bilingual therapy intake software

Make the first step clearer in English and Spanish.

A good intake process reduces phone tag, sets expectations, collects only what is appropriate for the channel, and gives staff structured information they can review before responding.

Plan a bilingual pilot

More than translating a contact form

ASL Therapy applies the bilingual intake patterns developed across Auto Secure Login to mental-health practices. Public pages, explanations, field labels, validation, consent language, and follow-up status should remain consistent in both languages. The practice still decides who reviews a request, what information belongs in a secure clinical channel, and when an inquiry becomes a client record.

The public pilot form intentionally asks only for business information. It rejects phone submissions without a separate, unchecked SMS consent choice and warns visitors not to include health information. A production clinical intake would be a distinct protected workflow activated only after the practice’s readiness review and client-facing consent language are approved.

Clear language choice

English and Spanish navigation with matching intent, not disconnected partial translations.

Structured review

Turn conversations and forms into organized fields while keeping a human responsible for the next step.

Consent boundaries

Separate SMS consent, delivery disclosures, opt-out instructions, and no marketing-data sharing.

Safe escalation

Emergency guidance stays visible and public forms are never presented as crisis or clinical channels.

Built for practices serving real communities

Bilingual access can improve responsiveness for legal-aid referrals, court-directed treatment, nonprofit programs, and private practices serving multilingual families. The platform is designed so practices can refine their own terminology and workflows without forking the underlying security and tenancy model.
